I had that before even if I'm not sexually active. It was just hyperactivity of my prostate. And I am a nurse. It does not always follow its an infection unless diagnosed properly. But should it appeared following any unprotected sexual activity, it could be std then.

thanks bro, I think not all the case just like what I am asking here is STD or gonorrhea as well. There are some cases that we're not sure.
