What you do is, to just press keys on your keyboard to generate the appropriate response to a customer's question. If dmd ang question sa customer, that is when you go live. Pero ingon ang CEO that is very rare, mga 1% ra daw nga ikaw jd ang makig sulti sa customer. Most of the time, voice recording ra jd daw ang madunggan sa customer pero d halata kay naa man ka nga nag control sa mga responses. As for sweldo, well ... more or less 15K daw, apil na ang bonuses (allowance). And to think, ga-call center ko since 2003.
