    as what the_guardian implied, you have a wide target market and conducting a credible market research survey and analysis should entail huge costs relative to the size of your business. you should also factor in competition. PFS best works only in a clearly identifiable and measurable target market.

    ur ryt bro, everything should b considered.. il suggest start small, so dat ud realy know wats going on, d bsnes is still doing gud, or just a pure bluffy trend,etc, n money matters.. n this suggestion is written in the book.. hehe

    the market aspect of the PFS is the make or break of it all!! and it should be the first thing to be made. if you see its not feasible while doing the market study, then dont proceed to the next steps.. I have been doing PFS to numerous business proposals, and this is the hardest thing to do.. quantifying the market.

    but its not all about marketing!!.. all aspects of the PFS, marketing, technical, organization and summarized in the financial aspect.. in this case, i suggest you consult a CPA in actual practice. you may contact me for more info about making business plans and PFS.. this is my part time job.

    Thats fine, but there are different kinds of business plans. The format will depend on what its purpose it has. There are things that should be included and things that should not.
