You can check both JO's... Remember that you are not required to sign the JO that they offer right away, you can actually tell them that you are waiting to hear from another company and want to weigh your options first before you make a decision. They will respect that and give you time. Once you have compared both Job offers, you can then decide where to sign. Good luck!

thanks...but usahay naa man gud naay other incentive/bonuses nga wala sa JO, like sa previous company aq gi work before if gamay ka AHT naay kay incentive, or if nindot kag performance, other bonus pa jud...haha or basin wa lang nq nabasa aq employee manual...hehe

i'm interested in csr with web design background. I do have call center experience as csr pero sa web design wala pa koy experience, i know how to build static web page and a little bit on dynamic web page. i studied web design and web dev man gud. mu consider ba mo ana? or kainlangan jud mog experience sa web design?

CS and Sales kay pareha rag basic. PHP 19k then naay allowance 3k. ang sales dagko ug incentive if maka hit kag quota. sa cs, wala. Sa CS, ma deploy kag laing dept. either production or sa marketing department. both dept, naay spiffs ug incentives. but not as much as with sales. about books ang xlib. lahi2x ug imprint pero same ra ang basic pay sa cs ug sa sales. sa katong mga layout artists, desiners, copywriters, data encoders kay gamay ilang pay compared sa cs ug sales. ive heard 11k ba to dala na allowance. they are actively hiring for sales and cs reps. sayon ra ang ang hiring. ining human sa initial int kay final na. situational pod sa initial. sa final kay menggabells ra. sayon ra jud sudlon. ang training, good luck kapoy jud kaayo. wala man sila manuals gud. u have to listen, understand and copy at the same time. pero makaya ra man. environment at work, depende ra na sa tao if makauyon. if wala kay pake sa issues and u work for ur own ass then ur fine. if paapekto ka sa issues sa ubang taw then kaw nlng bahala.
