i'm a talisay resident, so i'm kind of sort of stuck to voting for nutjobs like Gullas and the other unpopular candidate. lucky for you cebu city residents, you have the option to vote for something "real". go for osmena. he may not be the nicest person and heck, he takes on a grudge like it was tattooed on his forehead but at least he makes a substantial impact on the city. can't say the same for his congressional stint though.
