    I just had my 5.6K work-to-home KINTO Run.
    I call it "kinto" kay I pour out conscious effort and see to it na I don't land heel-first on each stride althroughout the run.

    I'm looking for ways to minimize the ngulngul on my heels after each run .. ug ang impact pud sa tuhod.
    update lang nya ko diri kung unsay dangatan aning nga expirement

    bai indie bagtak ang mo sakit ana' but pamaol lang after 2-3 days mawala napod.

    @quirky congrats sa emo 1st 21K Run last Sun sa Redcross normal ra na emo g pamati karon mawala ra na labi pa ug mo dagan nasad ka sa Silk Air 20K next Sun he he he

    thanks for tip bay soy. so far pagmata nako ron, wapa man hinuon nisakit ang bagtak.
    but mura lang niaksyon sa may shin bone. pero di jud kaayo sakit. kung icompare lang sa ubang parts of the leg.

    tan-awn nako balik unsay effect ani next. murag di kaayo halata kay mubo raman guro to na distance gabii. ako lang ni igradual.
