It would actually dpend on the maturity and integral part of each's professionalism. For me, it IS for keeps because I made my way on top and that I am keeping because I wanna step my game up and share it to my trainees.

dugay na ni nga thread. anyways, im now an equity analyst and a stock market trader. for my equity analysis job, once lang ko niagi sa odesk, direct referral na tong uban. kanang mga dreamweaver at web dev skills nako, hobby ra nako na, i realized na mas okey if i'll pursue more on financial management, kay im a business major man gud.

the move was well worth it. i'm earning 4-5x as much compared when i was in the bpo. i quit since the call center job was getting in the way of what i really wanted. wa naman gud ko'y time for myself when i was an agent. it's really draining, mentally and physically.
    huhu nasuya ko ani dah.

the only question you should ask yourself before quitting ---- how can i get by being jobless for the next nth month?

if you can answer that question, by all means, quit!!!

people often misinterpret being bored, not growing, etc to something related to their jobs. it could be, but what if it's not?

what if na-bored ra mo kay wala mo ka-bonding work place? what if you just thought na wa ka ni-grow as a person or career kay wala ka work in line with your course?

if you want to quit but there is a speck of doubt in your mind if that's what you really want to do, don't print that resignation letter.
