i do need your support on this. i have to ask if you have the passion to help kids.
because this is what i need for the team. everyone should have that passion.

1. i need a secretary, to keep records and coordinate with team members.
he or she have to have a considerable spare time. and have the passion to help kids.
she or he must also have some skills to teach the kids. most preferably a teacher of sort.

we have only to choose 10 kids.
there must be some kids there who we will not have problem with their parent's consent.
i plan to coordinate with the barangay chairman's maybe they can help with the selection of kids for the project.

age limit? we start with 9 to 12.
this is the best age to rescue and teach kids.
we have to restore their self worth before they reach the teenager stage.

im sure we have problematic kids to start with.
but that's just part of the challenge.
i as a father of 4 have better understanding on children's needs.

how to convince the kids?

you have to know what they want.

ask them if they are happy with their life.
talk to them.
ask if they want to have a better life than life on the streets.
of course the price is freedom.
they have to follow the rules in the house. and with that they have to learn basic skills and work.
if they can do that-- then they can sleep on a good bed. eat good food and probably earn their money.

why do i want this project?

i see many kids on the street now more than before.
and they are sniffing on vulcaseal.
what will they become when they grow up.
A criminal for sure.

If we could just rescue 10 kids in one year.
that would be 10 less future criminals.

and teach them good values.
who knows maybe we can produce future mayors or professionals.
adding 10 good members of the society is reward enough for me.
