call center is the easiest job you could get. stressful yet justifiable compensation for you compared to other jobs. thus, there are so many options to choose from. find the company that fits your interests and from there, simply decide.

@TS, gikan ko sa BPO. i'm now a full time stock trader and i do some online jobs as well, if naa available job.

i have all the time in the world, unlike when i was in the bpo industry. kauban pud nako akong family, sa bahay ra ko pirmi. mugawas ra if muadto sa mall.

nasa bahay na, with family, lots of free time... hmmm.. dili pa rin sayon, dili pa rin relax. kay if relax lang, wala'y profit. i treat stock trading as a business, and it's no easy business. i can say the same sa mga online jobs at odesk or any other site, business yan cause you offer a service, and it's not easy getting clients.

ang easy part sa being full time employed, bisan late ka usahay, bisan dili okey ang quality sa imong output, bisan wa ka kakuha sa metrics, you'll be paid pa rin. then comes the benefits, you have free HMO, insurance, holiday pay, ham and cheese pag christmas, then parties, etc.

but things are not the same when you work at home, kanang mga freelance. sayon tan-awon kay sa balay ra. but clients are very demanding, yun eh, if makakita ka client on continuous basis. sa stock trading, mas lisod, lots of psychology, and of course, money involved. then you pay your own SSS, hmo, insurance.. yan eh if afford mo na kumuha ng hmo plan for you and the family.

yung easy part ra working at home is when you've achieved your target for the month, pwede na dili mag-work for the rest of the month. but still, i need to watch news and be updated sa current business conditions.

your a TL means you are an experienced multi-tasker and skilled in handling people. don't ask me unsa required. the question is, aside from managing staff, what technical or other skills do you possess?

    mao ra na ang question.

i'm a business grad and more incline sa marketing related jobs. i deal more with social marketing. i also handle portfolio monitoring and update clients when needed.

also with online job, don't grab everything that are being offered to you. see to it that you check feedback and verify if such employer is a paying one. also, assess the job, timeframe and fee for such. you may end up doing something so vital with less fee than expected.
