the way i see it, Garganera has a valid argument. even if its for the development of Cebu, that should be done in accordance with the law. no worries for Tommy, its not a criminal case anyway.

yeah right, Garganera maybe using this for his own publicity but i think its lame to use this as an election issue. i am not a Cebu City voter though.

well, the land title was awarded only last year and the we heard the lease agreements between the Cebu City government and the leasees lately. so, that might explain the timing for the filing of the case.

i agree it's politically motivated kai du-ol na ang eleksyon. no one is immune. everyone plays the game. even tomas himself plays the game. (e.g. overpriced lamposts issue against ouano & radaza)

Kung si Garganera naay "valid argument", why man karon pa man niya gipa-gawas. Ni-reklamo unta siya during sa development sa SRP.

who is joel garganera anyway? he is nobody! if this accusation will hold water some, it was somebody bigger who has been barking by now, probably sonny or gwen. mr. garganera is just a sacrificial pawn, and he took it. what a nitwit!

Nahilum na ni kay nakita nga bisan granstanding (without a doubt) ang tinuod nga tumong ni Garganera naa may igong basihanan mao nga wa nagpataka ug bukal si Tomas. Kay ug mugna-mugna lang ni morag iro-baboy-buang si Tomas nga mangasaba ni Garganera.

Ug wa ni gi-kwestiyon ni Garganera karon sooner or later naay makadiskubre aning nga flaw sa mga transaction. Mahimong illegal ang pagbaligya sa mga lots sa SRP. Ma-technical si Tomas ug ang stong siyudad ra gihapon ang madaot.

Let's hope nga mahilot ra dayon nila sa mga available legal ug procedural remedies. Na-abtikan lang sila ni Tomas aning scheme sa oposisyon.
