Mac gaming with a.. HD5770 = 146K - What's a 5770? Is that built-in graphics?
PC gaming with HD7970 = 46K - spend the extra 100k staying out of forums worrying about which is better between a mac and a pc..

Edit: But i doubt if you would even bother with forums like this if you had that much to spend.. (i know i wouldnt if i have)

apple is ok but its not the solution to all problem... same thing goes with PC... its a great machine its not solution to all problem either... i think the choose of what system you want should be based from what you need... if you are a gamer... apple is not for you... go for PC/Windows... if you are a designer/photographer go for apple... if you are a hacker go for PC/Linux...

i for one want an apple for my photo editing and web development... but i still prefer PC for obvious reasons...

if you are a designer/photographer go for apple...

i've heard or read this a lot... can anybody care to explain why apple is a "better" choice for these types of usage? hardware-wise, MAC and PC is more or less the same now and OS-wise, MAC OS is basically Linux made beautiful and maybe more user friendly...

haven't owned a MAC, so i guess i would never understand... never will i own a MAC i guess...
