Ang labing apektado ani are commuters to/from the south --- starting Talisay down the line... Hinaut pa kaamgo sila ug gi-unsa sila ug ulog-ulog ni Gwen Garci... which, BTW, her younger brod swears "padayun jud"

Ngano naa man terminal fee nga gikan mana tanana sa publico! Tax mana sa katawhan
Nagpa gama ana
I don't know.
But i really have an opposing view sa kasagaran ngari.
In order for the government to deliver basic services, kinahanglan man tingali nga we should also minimally run some government properties like a business entity para ma self-sufficient pud siya.
Dili man gyud kaayo ko tig-travel sa south, but ma-notice gyud nako ang kausaban sa CSBT.
Now nga gi-scrap ang 5 pesos nga entrance, na-issue na pud cya.
I think it is just right nga mapasa ang burden sa mga bus operators, because they too, are running business.
I don't think makapadali ug saka sila sa fares, kay they still need to have the approval of LTFRB if i am not mistaken.
And because of intense competition, mag think thrice gyud ni sila before nila i-increase ang fare kay magkatawa ang ila kompetinsya.
@urejiak i beg to disagree w/you brad kay government is not a private entity&should never be run like 1 since the money it has comes from the people via Taxes&should be given back to the people in terms of basic services..........cge panghambog si Gov nga ang province of Cebu dako au kwarta sa Bank&walay utang good for the Province nya why man ug tinoud pa di ba dapat e gasto na nya sa projects para sa katauhan?Asa man iya mga projects in 9 years nga ni lingkod sya
Ultimo Bus terminal duna pa terminal fee nga datu man kha ang Province isn't it ironic
?
^there must be some sort of steady flow of income.
If ang province magsalig sa tax, right there and then, wala nay surplus.
I don't think it'll be enough. We want a nice facility, sound security, and orderly process, then we should pay for it.
Reality of life, i believe.
But then, i do get your point.
Cebu Province is known to be a debt-free LGU.
So why let the people pay then?
My only point of contention is what i have written above - that there should be a steady flow of income for the government institutions other than the IRAs (which by the way represents a small amount of the total taxes we remit to the national government in case of Cebu) and other sort of taxes.
pang election decision ni bay... nice gimik
one thing for sure, dghan nasd mga mini vans mag tambay sa gawas mag huwat pasahero ky mangita ug dakong income. gukdon nasd nis mga citom.tawn sad.
