Ayaw nalang pag call center boss kung IT ka. Pag apply nalang as developer in small time companies. Once you get the skills (1-2years), pwede naka mobalhin sa bigger fish na dagkog salary. Don't waste your career in jobs na murag IT but doesn't really give you an IT opportunity. Dili na counted sa computer industry ang troubleshooting skills nimo except kung mg call center japon ka.

para nako subjective raman jud na ang best call center oi. lahi lahi baya gusto sa tao. unya tanan work bisan CC or dili stressful jud na. pero once you get used to the stress pwede ra kaayo na piyungan.

pero para nako CVG jud the best.
- pay is good. always on time (10-11 am)
- Environment wise ok kaayo.
- Daghan freebies(free imax, regular tickets, summer outing, xmas party, family day, cge ra free buffet/videoke, yearly free items basta dako na event(bags, shirts ,etc), cge ra raffle ug appliances every xmas party)
- if performer ka aw perfomer sad kaayo imo bonuses (naa accounts if super performer ka pwede kaayo ka tour trips sa gawas libre sa company)

mahay gani ko nanu ni resign ko... pero reapply balik ra once pwede na...

Mas mau dyud nang callcenter nga dili busy..adtu tuod kas dako dako ug sweldo pero 2K ra ang difference nya bubbles bubbles imong mouth everyday..pointless. customer service pa dyud...way learning. pag maistra nalang!

This is purely based on the feedbacks I am hearing from people lang... JPMorgan, CVG and Stream... But don;t take my word for it coz like I said, mga storya ra na sa mga tao n mga kaila na ako na dunggan

Unless mag dungan ila interview, I suggest imo sila suwayan tanan.. unya na pamili if madawat naka... if madawat nka, then you can weigh your options and choose if asa ka mu sign.. Tip: Dli ka required mu sign sa JO once they give you one. You can always say na you're still waiting to hear from another company and you want to weigh your options. They will respect that and give you maybe a week to decide if mu sign ka sa ils JO or not. That's what I did the last time I applied for a job.
