Question for Bottleneck?

A split second dip (MINIMUM) of 40fps is barely noticeable. Below 30fps is. Even bluray plays at 24fps..
But an AVERAGE of 40fps dip would have a lot lower MINIMUM and would probably be noticeable

Mobo- naay rare instances. Example is if you populate ALL the expansion slots with add-on cards..
HDD - size doesnt matter at all, rpm matters in loading but not during the game itself..
