SPO3 Dennis Moga said that relatives of the victim believe that this is a case of mistaken identity because Hugo sported a "boy cut" hairstyle.

Moga said that the victim has no previous criminal record. She is survived by her husband, Cesar, and her three children.

mao nang daghan krimen, prostitution, drugs, snatching, hold up kining kang Mike. Kadto bitaw na Vice Mayor pa si Mike nga acting mayor siya adto, usa man ni sa gi reklamo sa mga barangay captains against ni mike. Mo dapig sa mga criminals, drug dealers, etc...

mas pabor ko sa vigilante baya. tan-awa sa davao city, even majority of the mediamen there pabor sa vigilante, and so does the business sector. dire sa atoa, si bobby nalzaro pabor bitaw sa vigilante bisan kontra pa sila tomas.
