daghan projects ipost on that website nga nangita ug mutrabaho. as a developer mubid ka on existing projects... meaning, you're asking them nga ikaw mubuhat. then based sa imong bid on number of days to complete and the pay that you require and, ginagmay nga convincing power pwede machoose imong bid.

medyo hassle cya and dli sure kung madawat. pero it's like going on a real corporate bidding and programming pa jud. well-rounded nga training.

i've won a few bids myself. some wala nako macomplete due to technicalities na sad sa project - like icancel or something. pero escrow ang payment, so whether or not mahuman or dli, you get something.
