apparently you've just added to the many belief systems that already existed..
so you would rather believe in aliens? ok i'll respect that.
so you're equating God's inexistence to human observation through the hardships of life?
i'll be honest with you, i don't have answers pertaining to purpose
but isn't most of our hardships a product of wrong choices?greed?lust for power?hatred...etc?

God is not the end of logical reasons bai..He is beyond logic so it is right to call Him illogical...
beyond human understanding...so if not believing in GOd means one is using logical approach leading a conclusion...how sure are we that we are using the right scale for measurement when are about to measure someone who is infinite while we are but finites?
you still remember my first questions? when i asked you if you were God?
'cause one has to know every single detail about things to conclude that such being does not exist

regarding logical approach,
does that follow that people who believe in God are somehow illogical(in a negative manner)
or at least lesser logical being than those who do not?
