Masmaayo pa bro, una ka adto sa isurance for the endorsemnt of transfer of ownership (ambot unsay sakto na term basta ilisan nila ang policy under sa new owner name). Then ask kinsay runner nila. istoryaha ang runner nila na siya na lihok tanan. sabota lang P500 - P800 imong hatag niya plus of course mga bayarunun, tagaan man sad ka niya unsay mga bayrunon. Siya na lihok ana. after 1 week naa naka new OR/OR (kani if cebu or mandaue ra ang original CR). masmakasave ka compare if ikaw mangunay didto, leave pa ka sa imo work, magbagulbol pa gyud ka didto sa LTO, makapanaway pa ka sa systema nila, in other words makasala pa ka if ikaw muprocess.. hehe

Bro, How about sa ako nga expire akong registration sa akong auto karon nga month and at the same time akong gibaligya ug nahalin dayon sa wala pa nako ma renew...
unsa man ang processo ani? same ra gihapon sa change of ownership or naay lain...hope maka tabang mo nako ani bro salamat....

dili paka ka change of ownership bro, subject for renewal una. then after renewed na. anha na change of ownership

Anyway, naa koy pangutana: kinahanglan bang dad-on ang sakyanan kon mokuhag clearance sa PNP-TMG? Or OR/CR and Notarized Deed-of-Sale is enough?

I also need help and advise on how to transfer my name in OR CR from the previous owner.
I bought vehicle from bank repossess through loan financing and i already brought the unit in cebu then already paid the full payment of my loan and now they processed the papers in LTO Binan Laguna where the original owner registered the vehicle and the problem is they lost the original documents in LTO office. My question is can the bank secure the original OR CR under my name? If possible, can they process the OR CR in LTO Cebu instead in LTO Binan Laguna?
If the LTO Cebu agrees to transfer the OR CR, what are the requirements needed? How much is the cost and how long it takes to process the documents. Thank you.
