if you want a derma, i highly recommend dermclinic sa sm, medyo pricey jud cia, pro the good thing is that the doctors themselves will do the pricking and if naa kay pimples na mura bitaw ug bukol tan awn, they will inject it, and inig ugma, maulian na. basta i love dermclinic jud...

hello istoryans, i just want to share my struggles and how and what cured my acne problem...

i've had my acne since i was in highschool mild pato xa,
nisamut na pag.college nako, mao sige nako adto ug derma
i have been to 3 different dermas, nagsige ko balhin2 kay thought na dili ko hiyang sa ilang mga tambal and i had painful facials every month, makahilak gud ko sa kasakit
for almost 3 years nag cge rajud ko ug adto sa derma, pwo sakit najud kaayo akong face sa mga facials.
and i've tried almost every treatment, from expensive medications, to natural home remedies, to aspirin mask, tomato mask, sulphur soaps name it! mao sensitive na au akong skin sa sige ug butang lain-laing tambal.
that's why i stopped going to dermas, i stopped applying topical acne medications.

But thank God after how many months, i read from a newspaper about the benefits of drinking 8 glasses of water everyday. (water, not softdrinks ha! )
gisulayan nako, kay i have realized di man diay kaayo ko tig.inum ug tubig like i only drink water after every meal, mao ra.
surprisingly, just after 3 days i have noticed na, wala nay bag.ong nitubo nga bugas sa akong face,
so from then on gipadayun najud nako ang pag.inum ug 8 glasses of water everyday until now 1 year has passed and now my face is pimple free! mas nibata pajud daw akong face ingon akong mga kaila! and i'm loving it!!!

kadungog namo atong very controversial nga e-book nga ACNE NO MORE mga chong?? payter au..naa didto tanan dapat nimo mahibaw-an about sa acne....written by MIKE WALDEN......he was a medical practitioner and acne sufferer himself.....abi nakog atik sauna kay libro ra lage, but due to my failed attempts to heal my pimples which soon aggravated due to harsh medicines, became moderate to severe acne....before ko ni kuha sa ebook, nag research jud ko taman in every sites and forum about ani nga product og mga opinions sa nigtamit ani...mao to kay wala naman lge koy laing option ako gi try....and guess what?? wala na koy bugas karon, niputi ug hamis pa jd ko(naa lang gamay mga scars kay hilig man ko pamusa sauna good....which is bad..trust me!), 1 month palang ko nag sunod sa program(putol-putol pa gani na ha, kay makalimot ko sahay gud) ganahan ta ko mo share sa ebook pero dili man pwede kay strictly no copyright infringement jud....sayang..pero sa katung ganahan mo try sa ka effective sa ebook.....
