Restore public order siguro.

    3. Conspiracy to murder?
It's pointless arguing with someone who doesn't respect the rule of law. Extra-judicial killings are murder plain and simple. If the elected officials cannot maintain law and order without becoming criminals themselves then maybe it's time for a different type of leader.

The dirty finger, punching a court sheriff, talk of beheading someone... this is the image of Davao and it's extremely ugly.

as long as im safe sa kana nga lugar, i dont care if the leader acts that way... as long as ang mga kriminal lang iyang tirahon.

i'd rather save a person who kills criminals rather than save a criminal who kills many people...

Well, if you think this is acceptable behavior for a public figure then I pity you. For me their conduct is extremely shameful and borderline barbaric. As far as law and order is concerned getting the job done professionally by professionals within established legal framework (as per the rest of the country) is the only option. Murder for hire belongs at the opposite end of the legal spectrum.

If this act is acceptable in Davao then their government should declare NO LAW and support free-for-all killing.
