Ryan Yu, what a very common name. I hope there won't be a wrongly identified "suspect." My sense of satisfaction is withered by the idea that this type of purging can put innocents at risk. Human error escapes no one.

Not only has what the vice mayor done totally illegal it is also hugely irresponsible... why is the government silent on this? Are laws optional? Does the mayor's position come with a license to kill?

What duterte is doing is in the grey area, he is not ordering anyone to kill a certain ryan yu, but is merely rewarding anyone who does so. Anyone who kills ryan yu will still be liable to the law...Will duterte help cover up the identity of the killer then?

This is still an example of corruption, an abuse of authority. Duterte is an example of an authoritarian style of leadership that pleases most people, but it is not easy to be emulated. If others would copy his style, they might become worse than the criminals they are trying to purge.

Conspiracy to commit murder and sedition.... those are serious matters right? There is also the blatant disregard for international conventions regarding due process.

Do we really need another Maguindanao before people start asking what's going on over there?

I did remember some people here want him to be in DILG. Is this the kind of leader we want? Very irresponsible. Only stupid people deemed on these enticing bounties.

asa man ang conspiracy to commit murder diha? ug asa man ang sedition? sigurado pud tawon ng imong kaso, technical man ka diretso. asa man pud nimo nakuha ng sedition sir

:okay:
    1. There is no death penalty

    2. Offering money in return for a killing is conspiracy to murder

    3. Sedition is a crime against public order. Encouraging people to act illegally falls into this category.

    4. Armed a dangerous?.. Okay so even if the "suspect" is then that is a matter for the police. Professionals deal with dangerous criminals not any any random fool who thinks he saw the Ryan or somebody who looked a bit like him. The implications of posting a bounty for somebody's severed head to the general public are staggering.
