Usually, mag-start na sa email nga kunuhay sent by Paypal. Ipa-reset kunuhay imo password thru a new interphase. Mao na dayon na ang result!

Caution lang: If makadawat mo og email from a "paypal" personnel, be sure to check kung ang iya email is from paypal jud and not from a yahoo-gmail-aol-hotmail-etc emails! Ang mga tinood nga paypal emails should be accountname @ paypal .com. Pero kung makaduda gihapon, email them without sending any confidential info.
