Davao City Vice Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, told a news conference in Davao on Wednesday that he would give:

2 million pesos if suspect Ryan Yu is arrested
4 million pesos if suspect Ryan Yu is killed
** additional 1 million pesos if suspect Ryan Yu's decapitated head is delivered to him "in ice."

^ Im in favor of replacing this stupid fuking retarded democracy with an Asian-style meritocracy based on competence, rule of law, humble but well-paid public servants, honesty, business and investor-friendly leadership by example without the hypocrisy, pretentiousness, style over substance, populist and hopeless shitty system we have now.

You get to vote once every 3-6 years for people like this guy who turn our country into a lawless land far worse than most dictatorships around us. It is only a matter of time before the farce of our pretend democracy comes crashing down and shows its true form as a feudal, mafia-like family-based oppressive state that it really is. Open your eyes and don't fall for this kind of media-hogging vote-winning trickery. What has Duterte done to address poverty in Davao that is the root cause of criminality?

If politicians stopped stealing money, there will be less poverty and fewer criminals. Democracy is a shield, used by the tyrants among us, to justify their intolerable acts. We cling to this defective system, because Cory's education system has brainwashed most people into thinking, Philippine style defective democracy has to be kept at all costs, even at the cost of massive poverty, sheer incompetence in government and the diminution of our standing in the eyes of our neighbors. Today, many decades after so-called "democracy" has been restored in our country, we are the butt of jokes in Asia, mocked by countries we call dictatorships, nevermind the sad fact that in truth our country is more dictatorial than many of these countries.

Can a country with an elected official who puts a bounty on people's heads for crimes that would not be considered serious in most countries really be proud of being democratic? Without rule of law, there is no freedom.

Humans are capable of killing homeless dogs though they have done nothing wrong nor hurt anyone. They are killed just for the face that they are "strays" but why can't humans kill other humans that have done really, really, really bad things?

We must remember that it's in our nature to kill each other, so, yes, favor ko sa death penalty bisan instant judgment pa ok ra ko.

    1. Comparing humans to dogs is hilarious, except you're serious, so it's just plain nuts.
    2. It is in human nature to aspire towards more civilized society and not to desire regression into sociopathy. This is the case in every single advanced, first-world nation.

Fix the justice system and you have lasting results. Before you shoot petty thieves, carjackers and small time criminals maybe you ought to first shoot the corrupt politicians who we all know do exponentially more damage to our country than all these criminals combined. Since corruption breeds poverty, and poverty is a major cause of crime then aren't the politicians ultimately responsible for the rising criminality in this country?
