    There may be laws but dili na uso ang balaud in some parts of Mindanao especially if someone manages to piss off a very powerful individual capable of personally cutting off a man's head.

    Kudos to VM Duterte his methods maybe crude,illegal or barbaric but lets admit it it's effective in his turf Davao this criminal elements roaming in major cities here in our country blatanly violates every law there is then they deserve not only DEATH but total annihilation.............

    Which one is the criminal? The line seems very blurred. How about if Cebu mayor fancies burning people at the stake for double-parking.. is that okay with folks? Will government turn a blind eye to the wild-west conduct of officials who seem to think they can make up the rules? This place is getting crazy!

    sayon ra pag-storya nga inhumane, barbaric or plain disregard of due process kay wala man mo nabiktima.. another thing is, gigamit ang name sa anak ni Duterte aning mga criminala.. mao sad siguro ni-ulbo na pag-ayo iyang kaspa!
