Definitely YES!! TS, 60% of the carnapped motorcycles here in Cebu City alone got recovered due to the constant PNP checkpoints scattered around the city including holdapers, thanks to our diligent law enforcement operatives, the only drawback is when a certain motorist failed or forgot or whatever reasons he/she said on the failure to comply registration, expired license, or tampered or modified motorcycles altering road safety, this is where the evil minds of certain operatives begins...we filipinos are prone to hangyo2x, palu-oy2x, and bribery, correct me if im wrong pero mao gyud na kasgaran akong na obserbahan, some operatives take advantage on this scenarios, pero kung complete lang gyud tanan ug street legal lang gyud inyong mga motor, i guess wa na gyuy lusot ang mga operatives, besides they are doing their duties for public safety.

simple, to stop if not limit the carnapper incidents here in cebu.

Word of mouth - As a concerned citizen if you sense some people or sometimes your neighbor or your friend doing such acts please dont hesitate to report to the authorities, together with a picture of a stolen MC or the picture itself of the person so that our authorities can place them in surveylance or their hitlists, one problem though, ARE WE READY TO ACT LIKE ONE?
