as long as naa ghapon or better ang processor/GPU speed as in iPad3, iPad mini will do ok, ky mao rba jd na ang great advantage ng iPad3 over Samsung phones/notes/tablets

I think iPad mini is overpriced! If you dont own a tablet yet better get the regular iPad or the nexus 7 if you prefer smaller tablets.

Because of the smaller size (7.9") mas finer ang pixels even though they have the same resolution with iPad2 which is 1024x768 pixels. Kung e-tapad nimo ang iPad2 ug iPad mini mas detailed ang picture tanawon sa mini. (assuming same ang distance sa imo eyes from both screens).
