It is very normal to have employees feeling dismayed, or even disgusted with their company, more so for small, growing companies.

However, as short-lived was my experience with eBPO's staff (I was there for almost 6 hours to finish all their unnecessary exams), I can say that they definitely need to work on many things.

I doubt they'd ever get to keep the best people in Cebu's call center industry with the incompetence they showed during the hiring process.

I have the feeling that the only people they'd keep, are the ones who may have difficulty finding other options.

If someone doesn't mind sharing to me how much they're offering for the Language Trainer position, let me know. I remember the short HR girl telling me that the pay for such position is 'waaaay up there', but couldn't even give me a rough figure.

I wonder if her 'waaaay up there' is in the 16k-20k range? If so, I think her standards for 'waaaay up there' is exceedingly distorted.

I won't be surprised. Geeez. They need an overhaul. After reading much, they should start with the said directress.

If caught not speaking English, minus dayon sa sweldo... if dili i-off ang PC, another minus na pd. ni bayad pa jd d i ko sa pag use ug locker, singkwenta. For a call center, kani ang pinaka init ever nga akong nasudlan. Pero OK ra jd ni sa mga wala pa'y idea bahin callcenters.
