    i invested 5500 para sa orbitrak, combined elliptical climber ug stationary bike ra siya. k ra nako kay ug nag fitness first ko, 3500 ang usa ka buwan. kani naa ra diri permi sa balay, dili ra akoy maka benefit, other members of the family can use it too

    try gani kanang jog in place daw for 15 mins. but diet pd ka if gnhn ka mulose weight. if you want maintain imo lawas. 2000 calories per day lng e consume. if you want to know more about sa calories sa imo food intake search sa google. 1 thing i know is 200 cal na ang 1cup of rice.

    thanks. gnahan ako famliy mu invest ug mga exercise equipment. hopefully soon.. hapit na ra ba ang xmas.. weight gain season haha

    i lost about 7kg na sa one month nako nga exercise and diet. i see to it nga everyday dili monaug ug 1000 calories akong ma burn. ug weekends, 2x a day ko mag work out, one in the morning, one in the evening. pero mokaon jud ko usahay ilabi na ug di jud ma agwanta kay maka depress ang sobrang pag likay sa pagkaon so pagbigyan usahay ang kaugalingon, make sure lang ma burn ang gikaon para dili mag weight gain

    ^^kapoi jud nuon. mao bitaw na nga needed ang motivation and will. dapat consistent jud ka. no pain no gain man kuno. ug mag diet lang ka alone, mag lawlaw lang imong panit ug dili ka mag work out. it pays man sad. ug uban gani kugihan kaau mag bisyo, y not mag kugi na lang sad ug good habits like exercising
