it is really alarming to know nga nagkabata ang nataptan aning mga sakita...diabetes, hypertension...and the likes..
must be because of the lifestyle...and of course..kaliwat...ug kaliwat na gali..wala jud tay mahimo ana...but then..prevention is better than cure.
wala koi highblood, wala koi diabetes...but at risk ko kai kaliwat na namo...heart condition nuon naa...Mitral Valve Prolapse...aka MVP...it's a benign condition nga ang isa ka flap ra mitral valve kai defective mao dli cya mutarong ug sira..
ang ending..naa gamay na dugo na mubalik sa ventricle (if i remember it correctly) anyway...ang ako ra problema aning MVP kai shortness of breath (Hangak pirme) and palpitations nga mukalit lang tunga walay pananghid...
hahaha...pero despite ani..i am striving to stick to my workout routine...(cardio c/o insanity workout)...true..akong heart rate sangko sa langit..haha..mao hinay2x lang kos cardio..hehehe..
anyway...based on experience (kai ako mama Hypertensive pud)
1. makatabang jud ang light exercise..and hour or two of brisk walking can really help.
2. watch what you eat...(ok ra mag cheat sometimes..tambal sa kasuya..but ayaw pirme)
3. stick to your medications especially sa inyong anti hypertensives....kai if undang.undangan ninyo..ang resulta rebound hypertension...musaka ug maau inyo bp...ang nndot nnyo buhaton is bp in the morning and night..inyo ni ichart...den sa sunod check.up dal.a inyo record and ipakta sa inyo doc para ma.adjust nya inyong dosage sa anti-hypertensives...ayaw mo pag doctor.doctor kai matiwas unya mo..130/90 is considered high...aim for 120/80...madawat ra ang 110/80 or 110/60 but if below that..ipa adjust na inyo dose sa tambal.
4. undangi inyo bisyo.
