what you can do is incorporate light training lang sa unya cardio. it's worth investing in a gym kay para man sad na sa imong health. don't get too excited kay naa sad baya kay heart condition. paminawa lang imong lawas. maybe right now you can start walking and work your way up. minimize your meat/fatty/salty intake nya kaon og utan. ayaw sigeg prito. boiled, broiled, grilled or kanang sabaw is the way to go.
as you enumerated above, do these instead: take your medicine (on time), avoid stress, quit smoking, get ample rest and exercise albeit, moderately.
