“Instead of focusing on their work and cooperating and supporting the TPDH management’s various efforts at improving the hospital’s frontline services, these terminated personnel have manifested blatant disobedience and disregard of authority and protocols, engaged in sowing intrigues and encouraged discontent among the hospital’s staff and personnel.”

asa ni dapit sa balaod ug asa ni dapit sa ilang employee handbook?

Simple bro, if they signed an NDA (non disclosure agreement) then that's where it falls under. For your question, best if you ask the mentioned hospital for their employee handbook kay murag walay taga istorya.net kahibaw ani.

this is a very good example of...

ang hustisya ky para ra sa mga dato og gamhanan.

naay sayop ang ni post og status sa FB. pero do you really think reasonable ang sanction nga gihatag sa hospital?

unya bro, unsaon ta man nga na terminate man...for sure there are valid reasons why they are terminated. The offense done can be identified as company disobedience...and mind you..if naa paka sa US aning salaa. No one would raise an eyebrow if you will be terminated for such acts!

Mao na ni ron, palaban dayon sa media kay bisag sila mismo ang nag sugod ug gubot sa ilang profession.

From a management perspective, I would also do the same (maybe not terminate the nurses but I will definitely give them sanctions like suspensions or something) Why? You represent the company, you are part of the company...and yet you take so easily to spread negative comments in a public venue.
