Help about posting in buy/sell/trade forum

Hi guys, i need a little help here. i tried to look under FAQ section about the minimum requirements for me to post a thread in buy/sell/trade section but i cant seem to find it or i wasn't just looking in the right place. Hope you guys can help me. I'm wondering if what are required from me to post thread on buy/sell/trade section? as far as i know there should be a particular level before i can do that but i don't have any idea on what level it should be nor on whats my current level. can u help me if what are the requirements for me to post thread and how can i check my current level or status. thanks guys!
