mga bro, VLSM is connecting network in a different subnet. like subnet 255.255.255.0 will connect to subnet 255.255.255.128. as long as ip range will not collide.

VLSM = variable length subnet masking; also known as CIDR = classless inter-domain routing.
It's what basically saved the IPv4 from running out of IPs a long time ago. VLSM/CIDR allows for efficient IP allocation. There are tons of tutorials on the net.
