adto lang sa DTI pangayo og list of requirements. obviously the #1 requirement is business permit

bai, you may apply your business name online: https://www.bnrs.dti.gov.ph/web/guest/registration

and business permit is not part of the requirements if apply ka for business name. it's the dti cert or sec cert ang required if kuha ka og business permit.
