lisod gyud ni siya buhaton, and it won't happen overnight. but kung hinayhinayan, mabuhat bya gyud totally inig kadugayan, then you will find out, nga you are always happy every moment of your life.

Bisan giunsa nakog hunahuna I would submit to you nga dili jud matangtang sa akong pagkataw ang ego ug desire. I'd rather believe that this gift is good if used within the confines given by God.

How will you solve this:
1) Lets say, you're having s*x with your partner, unsaon man nimo pag quench sa imong desire kung dako kayo kag gusto sa iyaha? murag lisud sad kung magpatara lang ka

Nya diba murag mosaka man ang imong ego labi na kung masatisfy nimo pag-ayo imong partner? this sounds funny but its true. hahhahah...

And not just total happiness, you will discover your soul, you will discover who really you are when you have no ego and no desires, you will have no attachments with the physical life, which is not permanent but temporary only.

you love your partner, you will have no sexual desire, if maka score ka, you will be very happy, if dili, di ka magool bec you have no sexual desire. you make love with your partner bec you love her, and sometimes extreme na ang act bec of that love and not the desire.

let say naa ka asawa, you love her. but on that night, you desire to have *** with her, but balibad siya ky kapoy bec sa buluhaton sa bai or if working kapoy gikan trabaho, you will be sad, lain kaayo imong pamati nga balibaran ka. unya namugos ka, nag-away, nagkabuwag mo, nisamot pa gyud ka ug kagool. pero kung wa unta ka desire, unya ni ask lng ka sa imong asawa unya balibad siya, di ra ka magool ky wa baya ka ni desire. ni ask lng ka ug pwede ba.

ok kaayo na, nakapasatisfy man ka. but what if wala, unsa man pud ang imong reaction? you will be sad. now, kung wa kai ego, unya wa nimo na satisfy imong partner, you will not be sad, wala lng ka, imo lng imong ingnon imong partner, nga next time lng, you will be satisfied. then if satisfied, he will be very happy.

oo, multiply lagi bro if mo succeed ka, ang imo ani, what if mo fail? the result is sadness, so not anymore total happiness 24/7.

if no ego and no desire, kung mo fail, wala lng, you will not be sad, you are still happy, ko mo succeed then mas happy ka.

with this bro, removing the ego is nullifying your physical existence, you are nothing. removing the desires, you will not be attached to the physical world anymore bro, and when you attain that you will discover something that you feel happiness that you have never experienced before. you will find your true self.

Yes i understand coz I experienced that bro, we have this compassion that even your worst enemy imo pang mapasaylo, but its because of the holy spirit of God that worketh in me and not by extinguishing my ego. That was the time of my true conversion bro where i cried out for God's mercy 2 weeks in a row, every night. That was the most unforgettable experience i had in my christian life.

I really dont know if both spiritual experiences are the same, my source is through the name of Jesus Christ while imoha is by your own works/might.
