~1 mile in 15 minutes.
i usually maintain a pace of 7mins/km in every run...usually 3-4 times a week...1 for speed training at the oval...2 short road runs (5-10km) and 1 long run during Sundays. I've tried 25 laps (10km) on the oval in 45 mins...this coming Sunday I hope i can beat the 2hrs 30mins cutoff of the 36th Milo Marathon Qualifying Rounds

Sa akong circle of friends and acquaintances, bihira raman gani ang maka abot ug 10k... Kasagaran mang hilak naman gani tag 3k-5k ra.![]()
pde ra whole week kung beginner pka kna lng sa duol2 pero if atheltic ka kna nang lagyo2
@kagaron - grabeha nimo mu-da ug jog boss ui. 10k in 20-30mins. tag-as guru kau kag likang.
OnT: so far, 6k ra ko taman 25-30 mins dala lakaw. plan to do 10 laps nonstop sa abellana slow-pacing lang guru.
hinaot tana ma-achieve. 6 laps ra ako makaya as of now.
... Kung dala lakaw, abot siguro ko 6-8k (apil sa warm up ug sa warm down). So far, 5k pa jud ako madala non-stop. ulan2x man pod gud, mao panagsa ra kaau ta maka jog2x.
Wala pod sa kondisyon nga naay makipag bedminton sa gabie... wala nay umoy mo mata pa ug sayo.![]()
