hehehe well according to the news report stated above, they are going to hunt down black hats? but how? pagkabisaya nalang oie, IP trace? ngeeks, dili man gani sila kadakop sa tulisan ug kawatan kani pa kahang mga blact-hats w/o any info.. :3

Solution to their problem:

is to have a good firewall from that you may be able to filter out the DoS'd attack. or Pang hire ug mga IT's for network/system admins.

actually bro.part sa law ang mo procure ug state-of-the art nga equipments from US for tracing and for training. i've read nga they will have close coordination ang NBI with FBI. and ang NBI dili pud sila ka incompetent regarding aning cyber crime. if im not mistaken naa silay division for this and they have equipments for this already.
