Sakto kaha akong decision na mag resign?

i actually have a co-worker(girl) nga pareha nmo situation ni resign pd xia kay wala klaro makabantay sa iyang anak..mg cge nalang gud xia absent tungod masakit iyang anak.

ako advice is have u tried replacing ur yaya??tapos observahe sad pud daw.
but if sufficient ang income sa imong hubby,focus nalang sa pagka housewife until modako na imong baby.den pwede naka mangita ug work balik.

sakto raman mam kai imo mana anak.. pwede raman gihapon ka maka tabang sa imong bana sa finances kong maka kita ka work from home nga trabaho.. or kong naa kai ginagmay nga negosyo... dira sa balay...

Thank you ninyo tanan mga istoryans... Gusto gyud nako ako mismo mo bantay sa akong anak. but theres a little part at the back of my mine nga basin ba og sayang ang work.. anyway, i lift up everything to the Lord, trust lang ko sa Divine Providence.

If ang financial side makaya sa imung bana so murag di nman guro istoryahan. Main purpose sa pagpanganak or pagpamilya is para mapadako an bata ug maayu. pwedi raman sad balik cguro ug work if mudako dako nang mga bata, di bitaw na mawala imung experience...naa man say option mag home online jod if kinahnaglan jud ug kwarta. pero an importante mapadako an mga bata ug maariglar ug maayu. Unless ang imung kaugalingun ra imung gihuna huna mao di ka nahan mu resign.

i think you made da right decision..in da first place, makaya ra bitaw sa imong husband..ako cousin nga babae, engineer ug nagwork sa singapore, so far nindot iya job, same cla sa iya husband, but pagbuntis niya ni.resign cya for her baby, karon housewife nlng cya...mas ok man gud kon ikaw jud ang magbantay...sa, akong case if makaya nako puhon2x, di pud nako patrabahoon ako wifey if naa na cya anak kay lahi ra jud ang pag.atiman if ginikanan ka.

it's okay to quit your j0b to be with the kids, since can afford man sad imu hubby to finance you all. It's very reasonable man sad jud. What I can suggest lang, eventhough nresign nka sa imu job and naa ka financial support from your husband, keep yourself productive!!! i mean, STILL, financially productive. lisud kaau jud na mghousewife ka, kay mlosyang jud ka f mgsunod2 rka imu anak. mbored ka and most of the time, irritable nka. so divert your energy to be productive and still be there for your kids & hubby. stay independent.

thank u sa advice janasty.. right now, ni tender nako.. fullfiling man kaayo ang being a mother. hinay hinay na lang cguro ko practice bookkeeping. at least bsta freelance bookkeeper naa rako balay. mao na ako idea na come up, inabagan pud sa mga opinion sa mga ka istoryans nako diri nga manikaysikay para pud maka abag sa bana og pamilya.

mas maayo jud nga mo focus sa ka sa imong mga anak rn TS. ayawg ka guol nga ni resign ka ky it is for a cause baya. ayawg kabalaka sa trabaho ky makit-an ra mn na TS. mas mabalaka ka kung dili ka kita sa imong mga anak nga nagdako.

super like gyud tika peewee_tot... bitaw sa, time comes na managko na akong anak.. thank you gyud kaayo. I love my children very much mao nga egive up nako akong career just to be with them.. i thot pag first ok ra kay everything went smoothly man. karon nga duha na ako anak, d naman mahimo byaan sila og isalig sa yaya. they need my motherly care gyud..
