Having forum rules is a moot point. I have yet to see ANY forum that prohibits users from posting libellous comments.

For years being here, I've noticed that this forum does not necessarily prohibits libelous comments. That what forum is all about. But they hear each side for them to be fair. And if someone request to take down that libelous post, it is the discretion of the moderators or the admins.

diversion of attention ni ila gihimo kay hapit na election. unya bitaw kung mo stricto ni sila sa cybercrime law kung madakpan na ang mga foreigners sa ani nga act nganhe sa pinas ila ba ni prisohon? loslos! by the way, unsa man nga mag nation ang naa na cybercrime law or balaud nga gipatuman?
