As has been pointed out previously. Being arrested for rape is now far less serious than painting a public figure in a bad light and mark my words it will be the public figures who hold the most sway with prosecutors. In a nutshell nobody will dare criticize politicians anymore. Take a look around here... within the last couple of days fewer and fewer folk have been referring to senators, congressman, mayors etc by name. This is the beginning of the end for free speech as we knew it.
