for a company with 71B market cap, 1B penalty is pretty much nothing to PX I think...
let's see how the market sentiment play out though hehe
Not sure if there are other big share holders sa PX that may ride the play to 10...mostly, mga instituional fundies man and isa na SSS
They might artificially fuel buying frenzy hehe...caveat

Setting aside the fees, I think that the possibility of losing its environmental permit could inflict harm on PX (short term that is) and may bring the price lower kung mokagat ang negative sentiment. Anyway, 10 is just a wish.

In my list, I have EEI, LPZ, CPG, CAL, and EDC/MEG in that order.
How long ba ang time frame? Most of my picks kay months ang span.
