Accordingly ang mga insiders cannot be disqualified .. bisan naa pa pending administrative case ... e impeach sa na aron ma disqualified ....

Presidente man si Pnoy gamhanan usabon niya ang Rule automatic ....

Advantage na ni Pnoy kay mga Bata pa ... ang ma appoint si Sereno ug Jardeleza mo serve for 10 Yrs .. but jardeleza opted only for 7 Yers ...

Pagbuot man sa Presidente matuman dili man ang mga Justices ...

“I cannot understand JBC right now. It is very clear that if an ordinary lawyer, judge or justice applying for promotion got a grade of four in their psychiatric test, they will not be recommended. But in this case, the ones applying want the chief justice position and the Council still managed to vote for those who got low marks in their psychiatric tests. That is a dangerous precedent,” the source said."

So even with the low 'grades', 2 wannabees still got into the short list. Really, this test should have been taken seriously by the JBC members. And all other government officials should be subjected to this test and with the results publicized.

So who's gonna be the next CJ?
