First of all, it's repeal, not repel. Two different things.

Secondly, there are already existing laws against child pornography and any kind of fraud, and that includes electronic fraud.

Thirdly, have you read the bill in depth? Did you notice the ambiguous wording of sections concerning libel, real time tracking and seizure of computer data? Are you not worried by the speed in which this law was passed, because oh wait, it benefits those in power?

Even if this law gets passed, I doubt there'll be any change at all.
