hi! i dont know the whole context about this issue but since u alredy admitted that the comic strip was intended for her and it was ur mistake doing so, y dont u jus make an apology?
its so easy to invoke freedom of expression specially if u are not the subject of an offensive act. if u hav complaints about ur teacher, next time bring the issue to the proper venue rather than airing ur rants in social media wer in people can misinterpret it. jus my two cents.

naa mi teacher's evaluation man and I religiously stated there my concerns but to no avail.
as ive stated above, I can deny the allegation if I wish to but I didn't so as to save someone whos going to take the blame.
nakauna pd shag sumbung, so I guess na shay upperhand. But I won't succumb to cowardice if something went out of hand.

I would ask for an apology if I have to but what happened last night (the night that we confronted, with our dept. head) was an environment were I wish I could ask for forgiveness but I can't because she was so infuriated at that time and I don't think she's in a position to discuss it in a calmer way that's why ako nlng gitak-om ako ba-ba since she owned the room that time.
Ayawg papilde. Ayawg sorry, that would mean sad-an jud diay ka. First of all wala nimo gibutang iyang name and even if you did, tinuod man kaha? I suggest you find a lawyer and battle it out. \m/
dili nani angay mag kaso2 pa...og bukal sa imong kasing2 nga mangayo og sorry..mangayo...og dili pud..ayaw.....naa ta koy mga comments about sa titser..pero ayaw na...it wont help......

Unprotected Speech
Freedom of speech is not an absolute right. Not all speech is constitutionally protected. Speech that incites lawless conduct, so-called fighting words (words that provoke physical retaliation), libelous or defamatory speech, and obscenity can legitimately be prohibited or punished by the government.
So much Talk!!
In short...kung naa kay problema sa usa ka taho ayaw pangayo simpatiya sa uban, I mean e direct na sa taho nga naa kay problema.. para ma solve! agad..agad! Ignorance can Kill!
