Responsibilities:

Set- up the entire line of business
Monitor daily productivity, business and quality of the services being provided for the campaign.
Resolve day to day issues while reviewing and giving intelligent recommendations.
Recommend human resource actions for members of the team
Coordinate with management and other supervisors for attending to operation concerns
Effectively interact with clients
Perform other task assigned

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, any field
At least 1 year(s) as an Operations Manager in a BPO/ Call Center
Excellent English Communication Skills
Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills
Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multi- task
Strong interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate ability to work independently and prioritize task
