istoryahee! ang Pilipinas daghan kaau og Laws but when it comes to implementation, AMBOT na lang!

how could they go after people who download torrents and file-sharing?! really? they have the capabilities? basin "hanggang tingin" lang na sila sa statistics sa mga downloaders, print-out dayon unya report, diha ra kutob. Can they really arrest the millions who download on the internet everyday? wala man gani sila ka STOP sa mga manufacturers sa pirated CDs & DVDs, nga klaro kaayong naai finished product, for SALE sa city streets and almost everywhere, cybercrimes pa kaha nga naa pa sa cyberspace? malibat na lang mo og trace sa mga IP addresses, unya archipelago ra ba ang Pinas, mga Law Enforcement Agenices in other regions LAZY kaau mo follow sa direct orders, kailangan pa jud og "PADULAS" before mo take og actions! mao mo, bwahaha!

panday2x og balaod unya walai tarung mga provisions kung ngaonong nkasala ang individual, how should they be arrested and what case will be filed against that person. Bahala na lang, basta naa gud nang "Cybercrime Law", pang pogi points bah sa mga people, at least naa kuno silay gibuhat hapit na ra ba 2013 elections, hehehe.

I'm not sure if its true. But I've heard that our government is paying 50mil a year for this law para naa silai access sa profile sa tanang tao sa internet.

i doubt ug makasuhan nila tanan ang mga conections nga transmit/receive man ang p2p labi na torrent. so every node ila gyud iapil sa kiha.

mao gyud... good example is kaning smartbro, usa raman na ka public IP sa usa ka base station unya pila naka connect ana nga base station... so tanan toh suspects... and that base station covers a wide area... so happy hunting!

As is seemingly usual we've got lawmakers rushing to pass superfluous bills they don't even understand while dragging their feet over the important stuff..... Let's create a new law loaded with penalties with a big fat budget for implementation and don't worry about people asking where the money went... it's cyberspace man, we can just sit around drinking coffee in our nice new building while we spy on the taxpayers.
