Nope, technically dili. but if tambok ka, then mo jog= mo daot ka. It's easier to jump high with no extra fat bringing you down lol
vertical jump is more of a strength quality issue. reflexive, absolute, and explosive strength. combine these 3 with low body fat and decent flexibility= serious vert. hahaha
