Karma is like the Golden rule: Do not do unto others what you do not like others do unto you... dili pud bya lalim if ikaw maka-experience.. so to avoid, be good to others, para good karma

In fact i rather stay in hell than in heaven.

imagine heaven where people are always happy.
murag nakatama pirmi, di ba?
imagine heaven where good people live.
nothing exciting there anymore, boring kaayo puy-an.
how could you know you are happy when you can not feel sadness anymore?

but to me the concept of heaven and hell is highly problematic.

id like the concept of karma better.

where do you think jesus went before he showed up late in his life back home.
he was believed to have studied hinduism and buddhism.

unsa man kaha ang mahimo nya next life? para makasabot siya maybe, babae na siya then mahitabo sa iya ang gibuhat nya sa babae in this lifetime. sa imong example, it is more on the negative side ha, how about kung mo focus ta sa mga positive nagbuhat ba ka ron ug maayo para sa katawhan ug sa imong pamilya, then next life would be a good life
