We will know by Oct 1st if Japeth will be included by an NBA team for their training camp . All teams' official training camp roster shall be released by Oct. 1st . Training camp starts Oct. 2nd . If he's not included , there's still the NBA D-League . From what I heard , he made it to the cut of Bakersfield Jam and LA D-Fenders tryouts . We will know in a few weeks if he made it to the final cut by either team .

I don't know if you've actually read the article but no one is comparing him to Jeremy Lin . Japeth just said that he finds Jeremy Lin an inspiration to him .
