joint pain? specifically where? of course naa pud ko jt. pain because di mana siya ma avoid kay there is accumulated tension sa jts. everytime mo alsa. naa mana siyay synovial fluid, mao na mo cushion sa imong jts everytime mag bag-id sila para di kaayo kusog ang effect sa friction, but in the long run mo accumulate dyud siya. para nako kay dangerous man dyud na mo train light because of all the reps.. and more reps mean more time under tension imong body. hahaha
